Albertina is a skilled Associate in the Litigation Department of our firm, specializing in dispute resolution across a wide range of cases. With her expertise, she has successfully represented banks, mining companies, and individuals in varied disputes including contractual matters, security realization, land disputes, employment issues, and divorce cases.

Beyond her litigation work, Albertina also provides valuable counsel to both local and international clients, particularly mining companies, banks, and large corporations, offering comprehensive legal advice on various aspects of the law.

Albertina Mwansa holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree (LLB) from the Zambian Open University. Additionally, she has earned a Diploma in Law and Certificate in Law from the National Institute of Public Administration (Nipa).

In terms of qualifications, Albertina is an Advocate of the Superior Courts of Zambia and is an esteemed member of both the Commonwealth Lawyers Association and the Law Association of Zambia. With her dedication to professional growth and rigorous involvement in the legal community, Albertina ensures her skills and knowledge are continuously updated to best serve her clients.
