Professional Experience

Mumbi is a Corporate Lawyer with vast array of knowledge and experience in merger and acquisitions, competition law and the review and modernization of Legislation. Mumbi is also well versed in Employment Law and Company Law and has provided counsel to both regional and international Clients on various employment matters including termination of employment contracts, wrongful and unfair dismissal and redundancies. She has also provided guidance on compliance with Securities Laws and Corporate governance matters.

Mumbi is an Advocate of the High Court for Zambia and the Supreme Court. She is also a member of Law Association of Zambia and holds a Bachelor of Laws LLB (Hons) Degree from the University of Manchester, United Kingdom.
