Professional Experience

Sabina is the senior associate in the litigation department. She is an experienced trial lawyer, having appeared before the High Court and superior courts of Zambia. Sabina specialises in employment related litigation has acted on some of Zambia’s most complex and high-profile commercial litigation and arbitration matters. Sabina’s experience extends to Banking law, corporate insolvency and restructuring and mining law. Sabina has also handled arbitration cases under the Chartered Institute of Arbitration Zambia in construction disputes, shareholder disputes as well as labour union matters.

Sabina has also completed training in Counsel based skills course in international arbitration with the School of Oriental and African Studies under the University of London and is a member of the Law Association of Zambia.

• Zambia Institute of Advanced Legal Education (ZIALE) Certificate
• Bachelor of Laws (LLB) Degree, University of Lusaka.
