Our Work Composition

The firm comprises of partners, associates, and support staff with expertise in various areas of Law. The partners and associates hold LLB degrees from the University of Zambia and are advocates of the High Court and Superior Courts of Zambia. The partners and associates are also active members of the community serving in many business and professional organisations. Our Litigation

The firm has a strong litigation team offering services in negotiation, mediation, arbitration, and litigation. LMP has established a reputation for representing individuals and companies in high-profile and high-stakes litigation throughout the country. The firm has been built to adapt to whatever challenge confronts our Client, no matter the adversary, complexity of the case, or legal issue involved. LMP’s primary objective in every matter is the
development of legal strategies that win.

Our litigation team is headed by Mr. Ismail Siame. Mr. Siame was admitted to the Zambian Bar of Legal Practitioners in 2011. He served as Senior Associate at Corpus Legal Practitioners for more than 6 years in the Dispute Resolution Department of the firm before joining LMP. His experience extends to a number of different aspects of commercial litigation in various sectors including securities, pensions, and banking and finance. Mr. Siame has handled several complex instructions not only before the courts of law but before quasi-judicial bodies as well such as the Tax Appeals Tribunal, Competition and Consumer Protection Tribunal, Capital Markets Tribunal, and Lands Tribunal. He is also well-versed in employment and general corporate advisory services.
